About Our Property Management Department
We currently manage over 150 houses and units in the San Antonio Area. We will provide you with a comparative market analysis on your property, comparing homes that have rented within 1 year in your subdivision based on age and square footage. Your property is marketed in military and local newspapers, multiple listing service (MLS), local classifieds, Realtor.com, and company websites.
Prospective tenants are screened through a service provided by San Antonio Retailer Merchant Association (SARMA). Verifications are completed on employment, income, prior rental and credit history, and criminal background check.
Once we have approved the tenant, an appointment is made to have the tenant come in and sign a lease. A security deposit is collected at that time. The amount of the deposit is equal to one months rent. A $200 non refundable per pet deposit is paid by the tenant at the time the lease is signed if pets are allowed.
